Israeli authorities delivered on Friday evacuation notices to all 300 residents of the bedouin village of Jabal al-Baba in the district of Jerusalem, according to Maan news.
Staff from the Israeli civil administration stormed the village in cooperation with the IDF, ordering its residents to leave their homes.
The village according to Wafa, consists of 100 buildings divided between houses and agricultural structures.
The community is unrecognized therefore people there live without electricity and water, which can only be provided through tanks filled by trucks.
Over the past few years, humanitarian organizations built dozens of homes in Jabal al-Baba.
Some 55 Bedouin families have inhabited the area for 65 years, however, they face a constant threat of being expelled.
